Growing up in Riverside, California, Rob didn’t start playing football until his sophomore year. He went from being virtually unknown to earning multiple full‑ride Division I scholarship offers by the end of his senior year.

That leap only happened because one coach believed in him—Coach  Cordell Landers. With relentless mentorship and guidance, Coach Landers walked Rob through every step of the process:  recruiting strategy, film breakdowns, and making the right school connections.

That journey—the grit, the hustle, the transparency—stuck with Rob. He knew firsthand how powerful it is when someone takes your hand, shows you the process, and refuses to quit on you!

Rob is now a husband and father and an active member within the community. He substitutes in the local school districts and has also been training and coaching in the area for a few years now. He loves to give back the knowledge and help athletes develop on and off the field.
